It worked!!! Thanks to all who wrote! I received this this morning:
Good morning, with the approval of Director Hartsock, and in response to the outpouring of community sentiment, I am pleased to report that the spray park will remain open through Labor Day. The extended hours will be Mondays-Fridays 4pm to 7pm and Saturday 11am to 4pm. Thank you for the feedback and for supporting this little gem.
