Looking for a female tenant to share a sunny, three bedroom, one bathroom rowhouse in the Park View neighborhood (between Columbia Heights and Petworth), four blocks from the Georgia Ave/Petworth metro station, with owner. House has a yard with a garden, hardwood floors throughout, washer/dryer, DSL, plenty of on-street parking. Room is furnished, but can be rented unfurnished as well. Friendly dogs are welcome. 

Month-to-month lease, available immediately. $700 including utilities.
