My sixteenth month-old daughter and I couldn't be more excited & ready. All we can do now is extend our thanks to everyone involved in the project.
Btw Susan, thanks for the pics!!! I didn't know that in addition to being a good gardener, speaking the Fulani language etc... you also are a good photographer!!! I hope u r not blushing:)))

I'm so excited about the rec center, this has been a project thats been long and coming. It is also fulfilling a dream of taking back the rec center from the drug dealers. I hope that the community will make full use of the new playground facilities. Also a big thank you to everyone that has worked over the past few years to make this a reality.

In addition to the rec center, has anyone taken a look at what's going on at Roosevelt? The track is getting a face lift, hopefully ready for football, soccer and track when the new school year begins for the students on August 27.
