Community yardsale

I'm interested in participating in a community yardsale in Petworth. I've got lots of stuff to sell, but I'm not interested in the ebay thing and my condo complex prohibits yardsales. Should I contact local churches? Anyone want to do a joint yardsale?

Any ideas, information, or resources would be great!
