ANC 4C February meeting

Advisory Neighborhood Commission 4C will host its rescheduled February meeting on Monday, February 26 at 7pm at the ROC-North, 801 Shepherd Street NW. Last week's regularly scheduled meeting was postponed due to the ice storm.

Among agenda items for next Monday's meeting:
- A progress report on plans for an ANC-wide newsletter (Commissioner Shanel Anthony)
- Sweet Mango Cafe: Owner Reginald James and his attorney are asking for a new voluntary agreement allowing for longer hours and live music among other matters. (4C08 Commissioner Timothy Jones)
- Petworth Holdings LLC (aka John Formant Development Project) is proposing a condominium and retail building at 4136 Georgia Avenue NW (Kansas and Upshur, where a Shell gas station currently sits). (SMD 4C07 Commissioner Shanel Anthony)
