Capital City Pavilion

I heard that the Capital City Pavilion at Morton and Georgia is becoming a dental studio. Seems like a huge building for that use. Does anyone have any information on this?

According to the construction workers, it's going to be a Small Smiles dental clinic for children. I Googled Small Smiles and they are hiring for a new D.C. branch, so I think the information is accurate. But it is an enourmous dental clinic, and it looks like they're putting in a second floor. Since I live in the 600 block of Morton, anything is better than an underage club that lets out at 3:00 AM.
