It seems like housing prices around Petworth have deflated a bit. A few months ago, cute, renovated houses would be priced at almost $500,000 and sell in a matter of days. Some of those people selling had been in our neighborhood for only a short time. Now the prices appear to have gone down a bit and are more realistic. Hopefully, our property tax will not reflect the bubble.

How are prices holding up in Petworth?
How about sales? Are sales slowing down like other neighborhoods in the city?
