Domku sidewalk cafe

The DC Department of Transportation today issued Domku, 821 Upshur Street, a public space permit to allow for a sidewalk cafe. A license for serving alcohol outside has already been approved pending the public space permit.

Kera Carpenter, Domku's owner, told me by phone today that she should have her tables and chairs outside within a couple of weeks.
