Torta Bakery, when you're open, I'm gonna walk up there and buy something, just to give you some business and encourage you. If people call this gentification, I could give a rat's behind.

Well, to temper expectations somewhat, I've heard it may be mostly cakes in the beginning, just to get the doors open. I think this whole process has taken a toll (certainly a financial one), I wouldn't expect a cozy pastry cafe right off the bat.
