Columbia Heights update

So far it looks like the promised construction on 14th is off at break speed. Buildings along Park and 14th crumble to make way for a bond-funded parking garage to support the DC USA Target project. The Madison group posted the new site plan for the Tivoli complex. It includes Kudo Beans, Rumba Cafe, and Ruby Tuesday. Wachovia and Giant are open. Two spaces are up for lease and two appear under negotiation.
