Here are a few pics from last Saturday's [6/11] tour of the Lincoln Cottage on the property of the Soldiers Home. A small peek at Oz behind the gates.
The first community meeting about the AFRH's future development is tonight [6/15] from 7-8:30pm. The meeting will be held at ROC North, 801 Shepherd, in room 245. The big public hearing on the draft EIS will be at the Soldiers Home on June 22. These are among the few chances for community input about plans that will bring enormous change to our area. Click here for more about the June 22nd hearing.
The complete draft Environmental Impact Statement is downloadable here. It's a 16mb file, individual chapters (easier to download and navigate) are available on the United Neighborhood Coalition's website.
