Running club

My girlfriend is new to DC and Petworth, and she's a distance runner. We were wondering if anyone in Petworth would like to start a running club to meet one time a week during the summer. Please email correspondence to me and I'll forward on to Kristin.

Last night I ran around in the cemetary. There are rolling hills and no traffic.

If you guys do an 'off day' casual run of 3.5-4 miles max, I can join you then.

I've noticed that the sidewalk along Rock Creek Church Road by the Old Soldier's Home is nicely paved. A loop along that northeastwards over to Catholic Univ via Fort Dr NE and looping around campus and back would make a good run involving some impressive hills and not-so-intense traffic dodging.

Maybe make Domku the central meeting point?
