Drug eradication meeting

I would just like to encourage everyone to try and attend this meeting [Wed 5/18 at 6:30, Nativity Church of the Rectory, 6000 Georgia Ave]. The first meeting was very well attended, the second less so. There were still a good number of people there, but I don't think the problem has dissipated to the same extent that community concern about the problem has.

I know some drug houses, recently busted, have reconstituted themselves and are back in action.

Fenty has done a good job making it clear that squeaky wheels get the grease, so let's make sure we squeak.

I couldn't agree more. That being said, I cannot attend the meeting because I have an infant at home. BUT, I will contact Joseph Martin.
