RE: Request for volunteers for Spring Clean City Ratings

The next quarterly Spring Clean City Evaluations for Ward 4 will be held:

Thursday, May 26
John A. Wilson Building
1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Room 301 

I would like to invite members of the community to participate in the ratings on a voluntary basis.  The project is important as it provides the basis for DPW planning and sanitation efforts. Citizen volunteers are needed to ensure an objective evaluation.      

Please email me at [email protected] or call me on my cell at 202-345-5216 or desk at 202-727-5746. Volunteers will need to:

• Report to the designated location at 8:30am on Thursday, May 26. We will view a videotape on the ratings.

• Be able to make a visual observation of sanitation conditions.

• Be able to donate six to eight hours of their time

I will contact each volunteer and brief them on the specifics. Thank you very much for your support.
