Condos coming soon

A four unit building being renovated at 3701 9th Street should be completed in March or early April. The units are to be sold as condominiums, anyone who wants to see the project can do so between the hours of 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday.

I am contemplating a move to DC. I have been used to suburban living... not sure I will adjust. I am very interested in learning about the 9th Street Condos. I am looking for a 2BR. Also need a place that will allow a pet (larger dog--lab). I will be in the area in April and would like to schedule a time to preview the condos. What is the contact info for the renovated complex?
