Online service requests

This is an online version of 727-1000 and it would be extremely helpful if residents could use this. I need many, many calls and requests from the community for basic maintenance and services.

Services are improving and I am concerned about maintaining forward progress. I think it would be very useful if we could encourage the community to go over their areas in detail, get everything reported, and then focus on more complex matters that need a lot of Agency and community cooperation. The link to the URL would be very helpful.
