Citizens for Petworth walk

Just to let everyone know that CfP will be meeting in Grant Circle at 8pm Wednesday (and every Wednesday), weather permitting. This week we'll walk up to rendezvous with Minnie Green's group at 3rd and Upshur. We generally walk until 9pm. It's a great way to meet people and help the neighborhood, so hope to see you there!

This week we had 20 people out there from the East and West Side of the circle. Great turnout. ANYONE who has planted roots in Petworth is a stakeholder in the community and needs to devote an hour or two a week to the Orange Hats..just walking around and being seen. Meeting great people. Getting to know the cops on the beat on a 1st name basis...Please don't leave it to just the few..YOU can make a difference!
