Residents and Casey Trees volunteers plant new trees in the triangle park at 7th and Taylor Streets NW. Upshur Street resident Carol Herwig initiated the effort through a grant from Casey Trees. A separate team planted trees the same day in the triangle park at Upshur and Georgia Avenue.
